We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sizzix home and crafting products; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
